The Université de Tours will host the 10th International Conference on Food and Drink Studies on June 11th, 12th and 13th, bringing together researchers from around the world to discuss the connections between food, culture, tradition, and innovation.

The event offers a multidisciplinary approach to food heritage and its contemporary challenges. IELT researcher Inês de Ornellas e Castro is part of the programme with the presentation Shall we toast? “Nunc est bibendum”.
