On April 10th, the National Palace of Sintra will host the colloquium D. Domingos Jardo nos 700 anos da morte do Rei D. Dinis [D. Domingos Jardo on the 700th Anniversary of King D. Dinis’s Death], an initiative that highlights the historical importance of the monarch to the town of Sintra.

Guest specialists will present recent research on the 14th century, exploring the relationship between King D. Dinis and D. Domingos Jardo. The closing session will feature the presentation of the book Romance de Dom Dinis: El-Rei que (nom) fez tudo quanto quis by IELT researcher Natália Constâncio, with a commentary by Miguel Real.
