Filomena Sousa is a social scientist that has directed several documentaries about intangible cultural heritage. She holds a Postdoc in Anthropology (NOVA FCSH) and a PhD in Sociology (ISCTE-IUL). She worked on Memória Imaterial – a non-governmental organization that created and manages the MEMORIAMEDIA project, in Portugal.
