I have a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, a Master’s degree in Modern, Comparative and Postcolonial Literatures, both obtained at the Università di Bologna. Currently I’m a PhD candidate in Portuguese Studies at the Universidade NOVA de Lisboa and my research project focuses on primitivism in Almada Negreiros’s works. My main research interests are Modernism and avant-garde. I participated in the Congresso Internacional Almada Negreiros: un trait-de-union tra arti e culture in Pisa in 2015 where I presented the paper Almada e l’Africa: Le radici disperse.
