The call for papers for the volume The Politics of Emotional Shockwaves, organised by researchers Sara Graça da Silva (IELT – NOVA FCSH) and Ana Falcato (IFILNOVA – NOVA FCSH), is now open. Proposals should be sent in English until May 10th, 2019 to emotionalshockwaves@gmail.com, with the following information:

– Chapter title;
– Abstract (250 words);
– Biography (150 words).

The publication of this volume is dependent on editorial approval from Routledge. If the proposal is accepted, the complete chapters (around 8,000 words/20 pages) must be sent in until June 30th. More information here.
