The I Jornadas Portuguesas de Gastronomia [1st Portuguese Gastronomy Days] will take place on March 20th and 21st at the Cascais Cultural Centre.
The event aims to promote and enhance Portugal’s rich gastronomic tradition. It is an opportunity to explore the history, culture and evolution of Portuguese gastronomy, including the dissemination of traditional dishes, local products and established production and cooking practices.
The meeting will be attended by researchers Inês de Ornelas e Castro and Teresa Perdigão.
