The Politics of Emotional Shockwaves is the new publication by researchers Sara Silva and Ana Falcato.
The work, edited by Palgrave Macmillan and to be published in February 2021, includes a collection of 11 essays written by experts in philosophy, literary theory, visual arts and architecture. It provides an original approach on the relationship between emotions and morality, placing special emphasis on issues related to emotional shocks, played out by a globalised society on the verge of political, financial and emotional collapse.
