The Portuguese Non-Governmental Organization Memória Imaterial was once again recognized by the UNESCO Intergovernmental Committee to provide consultancy services and protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH).
Memória Imaterial is the host entity of Memoriamedia (an e-museum that exhibits and shares videos, documentaries and studies on cultural manifestations of the ICH, such as: oral expressions, knowledge, celebrations and performative practices) and the Digital ICH Observatory (an observatory that produces, organises and analyses information on ICH e-inventories, as well as shares knowledge and practices on the web).
Both projects are associated with IELT and this revalidation validates the long and deep work that has been developed by Memória Imaterial.
