WGI: Global Report 2020

The World Gastronomy Institute has just published the World Gastronomy Institute: Global Report 2020, a report with cultural and social approaches to the gastronomic world.

The World Gastronomy Institute’s mission is to disseminate the world’s gastronomy as a social and cultural value, as an economic and employment environment, and as a tourist resource and source of healthy living. This document has the contribution of researchers Ana Paula Guimarães and Carlos Augusto Ribeiro with the texts We eat and drink – in Portuguese folk tradition and The Uses of Food in Contemporary Art.
