A UNESCO renovou por mais 4 anos a acreditação atribuída ao Memória Imaterial como ONG consultora do Comité Intergovernamental para a Salvaguarda do Património Cultural Imaterial.

A 18th session of the Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage teve lugar em Kasane, no Botswana, de 5 a 8 de dezembro. Estiveram presentes os responsáveis pelo Memória Imaterial José Barbieri e Filomena Sousa.
