On May 12th, the Rectorate of NOVA University Lisbon will host the event Alimentação em Transformação: Conversas sobre Consumo, Dietas e Sustentabilidade [Food in Transformation: Conversations on Consumption, Diets and Sustainability].
The way we eat is changing, shaped by health, environmental, cultural, and lifestyle concerns. These shifts create new opportunities, but also challenges, in promoting healthy and sustainable diets.
