Alimentação em Transformação

On May 12th, the Rectorate of NOVA University Lisbon will host the event Alimentação em Transformação: Conversas sobre Consumo, Dietas e Sustentabilidade [Food in Transformation: Conversations on Consumption, Diets and Sustainability].

The way we eat is changing, shaped by health, environmental, cultural, and lifestyle concerns. These shifts create new opportunities, but also challenges, in promoting healthy and sustainable diets. Researcher Inês de Ornellas e Castro will present the talk Influências da arte médica (até ao séc. XVIII) na evolução do gosto [Influences of Medical Art (up to the 18th century) on the Evolution of Taste].
