The Arborescer exhibition is on display at Fábrica das Histórias – Casa Jaime Umbelino until December 9th, 2023. It is a co-production between the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and Memória Imaterial CRL.

It was designed by Ana Sofia Paiva, with the collaboration and co-authorship of Carlos Augusto Ribeiro, José Barbieri, José Grossinho and Margarida Botelho. The exhibition combines scientific research with intangible heritage and involves painting, sculpture, sound and video around a group of trees from the native Portuguese forest.
